A multiple award-winning writer, director and producer, Jeff has over fifteen years of experience as a creative executive and artist in the film, Internet, video game and commercial TV industries. Jeff is a three-time PROMAX winner (North American Awards for Marketing and Promotions) and Canadian Association of Broadcasters Gold Medal Winner.
Having graduated on the Dean’s List from the University of British Columbia with a film degree, Jeff had his first documentary broadcast at the age of twenty-one. As well, Jeff is a member of the Writers Guild of Canada, has studied story craft at the prestigious UCLA School of Film and Television, and has worked for numerous high-profile clients as a writer, director and producer, including the CBC, CityTV and Electronic Arts.

With more than ten years of cinematography experience, Mike is a craftsman who has a keen eye and natural talent for seeking out stunning visuals. After attending the University of British Columbia, Mike worked in the camera department of large budget American movie and TV productions, as well as small, independent Canadian media ventures. Having worked on resource-based promotional video projects in the past, Mike is a master of the technical elements of visual and audio production and excels at working in varied climates and challenging geography.

In addition to having worked for a resource industry supplier, Jay has more than eight years of sales experience. His time has been spent developing a keen understanding of the resource sector and it’s unique marketing and IR requirements. You’re not going to find anyone more open to listening to what your company’s needs are, or more committed to delivering both the media tools and results you’re looking for.

With multimedia project development, operations, and technical experience combined with project development work in the energy sector, Patrick contracts with Thrive to help manage the operations of the Company and assists with its various projects. Patrick started in the Internet industry back at its commercial birth in late 1994, helping build the operations of various early stage product and services businesses. In 2003, Patrick moved into the energy sector and has since gained senior level project development experience on several international projects in the WTE and oil/gas industries. He now splits his time between the energy sector and multimedia sector, capitalizing on his diverse and extensive experience. Patrick has a Bachelor of Commerce from Royal Roads and an MBA in Strategic Finance and Marketing from Pepperdine University.

As well, our company includes members who have specific experience working in and around the resource exploration and production industries and are well-suited to working in virtually any environment.
